Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (order at uk.valkental.com, prices in GBP) and the United States (order at us.valkental.com, prices in USD). We don't deliver to other countries yet.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 6–12 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the day you place your order. This is an estimate: our tracked economy carriers don't guarantee a delivery date. The delivery time is also shown on every product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Duties and taxes included

Your jacket ships internationally from our fulfilment partner's warehouse straight to your door. Import duties and taxes are included in the total you pay at checkout and are paid by us when your parcel is imported. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.

If a carrier ever asks you to pay duties, taxes or customs fees for one of our parcels, please don't pay. Contact us at support@valkental.de with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. As soon as your parcel is on its way you get an email with a tracking link. You can also follow your order in your customer account.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; we can change the address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Not arrived after 12 working days? Contact us with your order number. We check with the carrier and, if your parcel is lost, send you a new one or refund you in full, as you prefer.
Damaged on arrival? If you can, note the damage with the carrier on delivery, then send us your order number and a few photos. We replace the item or refund you. Not reporting the damage to the carrier doesn't affect your rights.

Until your parcel is delivered to you, it travels at our risk.
